Bio
My name is Preston Watts, I'm 26 years old, and I'm a musician from Huntsville, AL. I started playing music when I was 13 years old and I haven't stopped since. My instruments of choice include the acoustic guitar, electric guitar, keyboard, and vocals. I earned my degree, in entertainment technology, from The University of North Alabama during the Spring of 2017. Since graduation, I have been writing and recording my debut album, which is set to be released on August 1st, 2018. My main genre is Americana, but sometimes I branch out into Pop. I play both solo acoustic and with my band, depending on what the gig calls for. I have had the pleasure of opening for some bigger names, including The SteeleDrivers, The Boxmasters, and Shenandoah. Most recently, I travelled to Cuba for a week long mini-tour, where I played a few local festivals for charity. I love what I do and I'm always excited to spread the gift of music to the public!
