Born and raised in Donetsk, Ukraine, Mykola began his musical journey at 15, crafting songs just for fun. His passion for music led him to private vocal lessons and studies in pop and jazz at Donetsk College of Music, followed by a year at Donetsk Academy of Music. After moving to Kyiv, Mykola branched out as a background actor and model, adding depth to his creative expression.
In 2022, he relocated to the United States, where he has continued to hone his craft, develop his unique indie pop sound, and embrace raw, honest storytelling. Mykola’s music explores themes of sexuality, emotions, and the complexities of life.
Mykola's upcoming single, 18, marks a fierce return to dance-pop, set to release on May 16, 2025. This synthpop anthem is all about reclaiming your power after being ghosted by someone who once seemed perfect. With its catchy electro rhythms and empowering lyrics, 18 transforms heartbreak into self-empowerment, speaking directly to the LGBTQIA+ community and those who’ve overcome toxic relationships.
