Bio
A Los Angeles, California based indie-pop singer/songwriter, Jack Mills’ witty lyrics and soft, yet relatable voice have drawn such comparisons to Death Cab for Cutie, Beach House, and Phoebe Bridgers. A lifelong drummer, in 2017 Jack decided that his true passion lie with songwriting, something he had done leisurely throughout the years. He released a trio of singles like “Thoughts at a Stoplight”, “Fences” and “Insides” under the band name Zen Diagram. A graduate from the University of Washington, Jack decided to go solo and he released his single “Sacramento” in 2019 under his own independent label/studio. While we eagerly await more singles to be released, Jack produces music independently and plays drums for a band called Animal Shelter.
