Bio
BEL is a singer-songwriter based in LA and originally from Clovis, California. As the youngest of five, Isabel Whelan grew up singing for a built-in audience of her four older siblings, who coined her nickname "Bel." Her love of music began at an early age and led her to pursue a degree at UCLA and has since stayed in LA after graduating to work on her debut EP.
