The Radio Theory
Hailing from Raleigh, NC, The Radio Theory brings a fresh yet timeless groove to the local music scene. Formed in 2024 by drummer Eric Kelly and bassist Will Robinson—longtime collaborators with a passion for deep-pocket rhythms and infectious grooves—the band quickly took shape as they sought out the perfect lineup to craft their signature sound.
They found it in soulful vocalist Caylan Sallas, Chicago-born slide and blues guitarist Joey Pinkl, rock-driven guitar player NC native Dave Harrell, and the incredibly gifted pianist and keyboardist Alice Kim. With this powerhouse ensemble, The Radio Theory blends funk, R&B, rock, and pop into an electrifying live experience that keeps audiences moving.
From the classics of the ‘60s to today’s biggest hits, The Radio Theory delivers high-energy performances and a setlist packed with feel-good music. Their mission is simple: to bring the best live entertainment to North Carolina and beyond.
