Melvin Strong is an unsigned solo producer & musician from Round Rock, TX, who is currently residing and operating in San Antonio, TX using the stage name, 3AR KANDi, which if deciphered actually means:

3AR KANDi is currently working with, lesser known, underground artists in the Central Texas area to bring a new flavor to the Texas music scene. Coming from a foundation of classical music combined with a hobbyist's enthusiasm and an undaunted fascination of the act of creation, 3AR KANDi continues to forge flavors of Hip-hop and R&B while exhibiting the ability to cover the vast spectrum of genres. 3AR KANDi's signature "all-around" sound is intended to push the creativity of all artists involved to ineffable boundaries all while giving the audience something to indulge in.
